Ms. Bernard's International Cooking classes are learning about proper knife safety and skills. They practiced cuts such as julienne, small and large dice, rough chop, diagonal slice and mince during class. Students then used their cut vegetables to make a delicious vegetable soup. Some students thought they wouldn't like vegetable soup but they were pleasantly surprised at the taste.
