On Saturday morning, October 21st, members of the Ludlow High boys soccer team volunteered to tie red ribbons around the town of Ludlow in an effort to bring awareness to Red Ribbon Week, being celebrated from October 23rd-31st. This is the sixth year the Town of Ludlow has celebrated this important intiative to highlight drug awareness.

As in past years, each of the five district schools have planned events during the week to educate students about the dangers of drug abuse.  The highlight of the week is a presentation hosted by the Ludlow CARES Coalition on Monday, October 23rd, at 7pm in the LHS auditorium, Let’s Talk About Marijuana: The Conversation Has Changed (recommended for adults and children ages 12+).
